Ferraro Fresh was founded by Emanuele and Neila Ferraro, a husband-and-wife team who brought decades of restaurant experience from Montreal to Airdrie’s downtown when they opened in 2018.
Welcome to Ferraro Fresh where tradition passion and the finest Italian ingredients come together. From handmade pasta to artisan pizza every dish is prepared fresh and served with genuine hospitality.

Our Philosophy
Nothing Pre-Made.
Everything Cooked to Order.
At Ferraro Fresh, every plate starts from zero. Pasta is made in-house. Pizza dough ferments for 48 hours before it touches heat. Sauces are built from scratch. Nothing is pre-cooked, pre-packaged, or rushed.

Every week, Emanuele designs a rotating menu beyond the regular card. Inspired by his Sicilian roots, the board brings dishes unavailable anywhere else in Airdrie: seafood pastas, regional specialties, and seasonal preparations.
All recipes are written by Emanuele personally. The kitchen team is retrained every single time the board changes.

Ferraro Fresh offers a private dining space ideal for intimate gatherings, from milestone celebrations and anniversary dinners to business events and corporate functions. You can tell they are passionate about gourmet Italian food. This is my second time and I have learned to pick the special. They have a signature flavor for sure. This is my third visit to Ferraro. I live in Calgary and I’m happy to make the trip here. The food is exquisite and authentic. The service is exceptional. Ilham is warm and gracious as are the huaband and wife who own the restaurant. Cannot recommend more. Enjoy.

I have been to Ferraro Truly Italian a few times and they always managed to impress me. Their pastas are amazing and their meats are phenomena!! And also not to mention their Burrata cheese is to die for!!

The food, atmosphere and service were all fantastic! The gluten free pasta was the best I have had. The owners Manny and Nila went above and beyond to make sure our experience for our anniversary celebration was a great one. We love this place and highly recommend! A true Airdrie gem. This place is fantastic. Their pizza is original with the best toppings and cheese. We have tried 5 of them over the last month. A few nights ago we went in for pasta. That was the best pasta I've ever had. They made an appy that wasn't even on the menu because I wanted to try it. They are a mom and pop shop who deserve your business because they actually care about the quality of their food.
